Manual Lug Type Butterfly Valve utilizes double head bolts to connect the valve between two pipe flanges, possessing the significant advantages of simple structure, compact size and light weight, with the whole consisting of a few key components. The butterfly valve adopts a centerline design and supports a variety of mounting methods, such as clamping, staggered and lugs, which is ideal for use at the end of the pipeline, a location that usually lacks a second flange to secure the bolts. During installation, the flanges on both sides of the valve are fixed separately by bolts, which avoids the direct action of bolts on the valve body and sealing surfaces, and helps to prolong the service life of the seals.

- Multiple sealing types: Provide two choices of elastic seal and metal seal, elastic seal can be embedded in the valve body or attached to the periphery of the butterfly plate, which is suitable for high sealing requirements; metal seal is suitable for high temperature and high pressure working conditions.
