DELCO Valve Stainless Steel Manual Flange Globe Valves
DELCO flange globe valves are designed for two-position or modulating control of steam, hot water, or chilled water-glycol solutions (up to 50% concentration) in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. These valves are versatile and can be utilized in various applications including feed-water, chemical, air, lube oil, and most other services where pressure drop is not a concern. The valve bodies are available in materials such as WCB, CF8, and CF8M, ensuring compatibility with different service requirements.

Manual Globe Valve Description
Globe valves are essential in systems requiring precise flow control and high leak tightness. They are ideal for high-point vents and low-point drains where leak tightness and safety are paramount. For less critical applications, such as drains and vents, gate valves can be used instead. Globe valves are versatile and can be used in feed-water, chemical, air, lube oil, and many other services where pressure drop is not a significant concern. Additionally, these valves can function as automatic control valves; in such cases, the valve stem is smooth rather than threaded, and the valve is operated by the lifting action of an actuator assembly.
